Tea Kettles Recalled by Wilton Industries Due to Burn Hazard
What You Should Do
Stop using this product immediately. Do not consume, use, or distribute it.
Consumers should immediately stop using these tea kettles. If the consumer has a stainless tea kettle, contact Wilton for a free replacement lid. If the consumer has an enamel tea kettle, contact Wilton for a free replacement tea kettle or a refund.
Affected Products
This recall involves the Copco Harmony tea kettles. The kettles come in stainless steel brushed and polished finishes and enamel finishes in red, white, black, turquoise, orange, yellow and blue. Copco tea kettles in other styles are not included in the recall.
Why Was This Recalled?
The lid on the tea kettle can come loose during handling, posing a burn hazard to the consumer.
