Affected Products

The recall involves cast iron, gas-fired boilers used for space heating. The following model names and serial numbers are included in the recall: Model Name Serial Numbers CGs-3, CGs-4, CGs-5, CGs-6 From CP 5071501 through CP 5694976 CGi-3, CGi-5, CGi-6 Series 2 From CP 4134351 through CP 5698635 The model name and serial number are located on separate labels on the outside of the left panel.

Why Was This Recalled?

If there is a leak in the vent piping, the recalled boilers can leak carbon monoxide (CO) into the buildings in which they are installed, posing a risk of CO poisoning.
