What You Should Do
Stop using this product immediately. Do not consume, use, or distribute it.
Volkswagen will notify owners, and dealers will replace the side curtain air bags, free of charge. The recall began March 19, 2020. Owners may contact Volkswagen customer service at 1-800-893-5298. Volkswagen's number for this recall is 69AJ.

2019 AUDI Q7. Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (Volkswagen) is recalling certain 2019 Audi Q7 vehicles. In the event of a crash, the side curtain air bags may not properly inflate.
Why Was This Recalled?
An air bag that does not properly inflate in the event of a crash can increase the risk of injury.
