What You Should Do
Stop using this product immediately. Do not consume, use, or distribute it.
VinFast will replace the air bags, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 21, 2024. Owners may contact VinFast customer service at 1-833-503-0600. VinFast's number for this recall is VPAC-291.

2024 VINFAST VF8. VinFast Auto, LLC (VinFast) is recalling certain 2022-2024 VF8 vehicles. Inactive ignitors may have been installed in the air bags.
Why Was This Recalled?
Inactive ignitors can prevent the air bags from deploying, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.
