Cases of 5 gram portion cups of margarine for the food service market were distributed without label information. The cups therefore failed to disclose the margarine contained the allergens milk and soy.

One distribution center in Tennessee. Product was further distributed to other distribution centers in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Louisiana.
