What You Should Do
Stop using this product immediately. Do not consume, use, or distribute it.
Dealers will replace the second-row seat rails, free of charge. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk were mailed December 4, 2025. Additional letters will be sent once the final remedy is available, anticipated April/May 2026. Owners may contact Toyota's customer service at 1-800-331-4331. Toyota's numbers for this recall are 25TB12 and 25TA12.

2025 TOYOTA SIENNA HYBRID. Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2025 Sienna Hybrid vehicles. The second-row seat rails may be welded improperly.
Why Was This Recalled?
Improperly welded seat rails can prevent the seat from adequately restraining an occupant during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
