What You Should Do

Stop using this product immediately. Do not consume, use, or distribute it.

Dealers can remove the LED backlights or terminate the circuit for the red LED lights, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed by May 21, 2024. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-138.

2023 TIFFIN ALLEGRO OPEN ROAD. Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2022-2024, Allergro RED 360, 2023-2024 Allergro Open Road, and 2024 Byway, motorhomes. The LED backlight circuit board in the cooktop range may fail, causing the board to overheat.

A circuit board that overheats increases the risk of a fire.
