What You Should Do
Stop using this product immediately. Do not consume, use, or distribute it.
Dealers will replace the label, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 10, 2022. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 1-877-855-2867. TMC's number for this recall is RC000281.
Affected Products
2023 THOR MOTOR COACH OMNI. Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2023 Magnitude and Omni vehicles. The Occupant and Cargo Carrying Capacity (OCCC) Label states the incorrect number of seat belts, indicating that there are more seat belts available than there actually are. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 120, "Wheels and Rims - Other Than Passenger Cars."
Why Was This Recalled?
The incorrect seat belt information may result in occupants being transported without available seat belts, increasing their risk of injury.
