What You Should Do
Stop using this product immediately. Do not consume, use, or distribute it.
Temsa will notify owners, and dealers will replace the lower control arms of the front axles, free of charge. The recall began on April 13, 2016. Owners may contact Temsa representative CH Bus Sales at 1-407-271-8935.
Affected Products
2016 TEMSA TS45. Temsa Global Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. (Temsa) is recalling certain model year 2016 TS35C buses manufactured September 1, 2015, to January 31, 2016, and 2016 TS 45 buses manufactured September 1, 2015, to December 31, 2015. In the affected buses, the front lower control arm housings may crack, allowing the components to separate.
Why Was This Recalled?
If the control arm cracks and the components separate, a loss of steering would occur, increasing the risk of a vehicle crash.
