What You Should Do
Stop using this product immediately. Do not consume, use, or distribute it.
Temp-Rail will notify owners, and will replace the hitch rail with the correct one, free of charge. The recall began November 6, 2019. Owners may contact Temp-Rail customer service at 1-952-894-3000.
Affected Products
2017 TEMP AIR EBB-80. Temp-Air, Inc. (Temp-Air) is recalling certain 2017-2019 EBB-80 trailers. An incorrect hitch coupling may have been installed that limits the adjustability of the hitch possibly causing the trailer receiver angle to be improper.
Why Was This Recalled?
If the user cannot properly adjust the hitch height to ensure proper trailer leveling, the trailer may suddenly drag, increasing the risk of a crash.
