What You Should Do
Stop using this product immediately. Do not consume, use, or distribute it.
Nova Bus will replace the attachment plate, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 31, 2024. Owners may contact Nova Bus customer service 1-800-350-6682. Nova Bus number for this recall is CR5537.

2023 NOVA BUS LFS. Nova Bus (US) Inc. (Nova Bus) is recalling certain 2023 LFS buses. The front air spring suspension hardware may separate from the attachment plate, causing a sudden loss of suspension.

A loss of suspension can cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash.
