What You Should Do
Stop using this product immediately. Do not consume, use, or distribute it.
Nova will install additional wiring and relay, free of charge. Owner letters were mailed May 15, 2024. Owners may contact Nova customer service at 1-800-350-6682. Nova's number for this recall is CR5566.
Affected Products
2023 NOVA BUS LFS. Nova Bus (US) Inc. (Nova) is recalling certain 2022-2023 LFS vehicles. Missing electrical components may prevent the battery disconnect switch from functioning.
Why Was This Recalled?
An inoperative battery disconnect switch increases the risk of electrical shock and injury during maintenance and repairs.
