What You Should Do
Stop using this product immediately. Do not consume, use, or distribute it.
Nova Bus will replace the batteries, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 5, 2025. A second letter will be sent once the remedy is available. Owners may contact Nova Bus customer service at 800-350-6682. Nova Bus's number for this recall is CR5687.
Affected Products
2023 NOVA BUS LFS. Nova Bus (US) Inc. (Nova Bus) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Nova Bus LFS transit buses. The high voltage batteries may have loose hardware that can fall inside the battery pack and create a short circuit.
