What You Should Do

Stop using this product immediately. Do not consume, use, or distribute it.

Navistar will notify owners, and dealers will replace the LPDM relay, free of charge. The recall began on April 12, 2018. Owners may contact Navistar customer service at 1-800-448-7825. Navistar's number for this recall is 18501.

Affected Products

2016 IC BUS CESB. Navistar, Inc. (Navistar) is recalling certain 2016-2019 IC bus CE school buses equipped with 8.8L liquid propane gas (LPG) engines. The LPDM relay for the propane booster pump and the scavenge pump may intermittently fail, causing the fuel pump to stop.

Why Was This Recalled?

If the fuel pump stops, the bus will stall, increasing the risk of a crash.
