Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled skillets. Known purchasers were mailed instructions for obtaining a full refund. Consumers who purchased the skillets at a QVC store should return the skillets to any QVC store for a full refund. Options: Refund

Affected Products

This recall involves Technique brand enamel-coated 8-inch cast iron skillets with two pour spouts and a ribbed underside. The interior portion of the skillet is cream while the exterior was sold in three colors: sage, blue and red. The brand "Technique" is printed on the bottom of the pans.

Why Was This Recalled?

Small pieces of the enamel coating can pop off when the skillet is heated, posing a burn hazard to consumers.
