What You Should Do
Stop using this product immediately. Do not consume, use, or distribute it.
Consumers should stop using the battery pack supplied with these DVD players immediately and contact Memcorp for a replacement rechargeable battery pack.
Affected Products
The recalled product is the battery pack sold with Disney®-brand personal DVD players. The DVD players are about 6.5 inches by 5.5 inches with a 3-inch screen display. They were sold in five styles with a corresponding model number. The model number is written on the back of the unit, under the viewing stand and below the Disney® brand name. Why Was This Recalled?
The battery packs sold with these DVD players can overheat and possibly burst when recharging, posing a risk of burns.
