What You Should Do
Stop using this product immediately. Do not consume, use, or distribute it.
Dealers will replace and tighten the seat pedestal and seat belt attachment bolts, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 16, 2024. Owners may contact Mack customer service at 1-800-866-1177. Mack's number for this recall is SC0469.

2024 MACK ANTHEM (AN). Mack Trucks, Inc. (Mack) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Anthem, Granite, and Pinnacle vehicles equipped with RollTek driver's seat assemblies. The seat pedestal and seat belt attachment may have been improperly tightened.
Why Was This Recalled?
An improperly tightened seat pedestal and seat belt attachment may not restrain the occupant as intended, increasing their risk of injury during a crash.
