What You Should Do
Stop using this product immediately. Do not consume, use, or distribute it.
Dealers will replace the battery warming pad, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 6, 2024. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. Grand Design's number for this recall is 910046.
Affected Products
2025 GRAND DESIGN LINEAGE. Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2025 Lineage 25FW motorhomes. The battery warming pad was installed incorrectly, which can damage internal wiring and cause an electrical short.
