What You Should Do

Stop using this product immediately. Do not consume, use, or distribute it.

Dealers will inspect and replace the right front lower control arm as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 24, 2024. Owners may contact Chevrolet customer service at 1-800-222-1020. GM's number for this recall is N242448540.

2024 CHEVROLET BLAZER EV. General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2024 Chevrolet Blazer EV vehicles. The right front lower control arm may contain a manufacturing defect that can cause it to fracture.

A lower control arm fracture can cause loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.
