The brand name on the case is Gardner Pie Company Akron, OH. The ingredient statement and coding information are printed on the master case.

Quantity: 600 individual cheesecakes sold to one distributor & 509 indivudal cheese cakes sold through the firm's retail outlet. Total is 1,109 cheesecakes.

Why Was This Recalled?

The firm was notified by their supplier of graham cracker crumbs that the flour used to manufacture the crumbs was potentially contaminated with peanut residue. The graham cracker crumbs are used in the production of key lime pie, and cheesecake. The crumbs are used to make the bottom crust of pie and cheesecake.
