Affected Products

The recalled plastic siren whistle is a red, green or purple tube with small plastic pieces inside. The whistle is about 2 inches long and ¾ inch wide. The toy whistles were distributed as prizes at Chuck E. Cheese's by redeeming 15 tickets earned by playing games.

Why Was This Recalled?

The recalled plastic siren whistle's internal pieces can detach from the toy, posing a choking hazard to children.
