What You Should Do
Stop using this product immediately. Do not consume, use, or distribute it.
Dealers will update the instrument cluster software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 22, 2023. Owners may contact Autocar customer service at 1-888-218-3611. Autocar's number for this recall is ACX-2301.
Affected Products
2021 AUTOCAR XPEDITOR. Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Xpeditor vehicles that run on natural gas. A software error in the instrument cluster may cause an inaccurate fuel gauge reading.
Why Was This Recalled?
An inaccurate fuel gauge may result in the vehicle unexpectedly running out of fuel and stalling, increasing the risk of a crash.
